I loved the convenient access to the Chino Creek and the nearby Chino Spectrum Towne Center, making it really easy to explore the area and grab a bite to eat after a day of city walking. the staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring I felt right at home during my stay, which is perfect for solo travelers like me looking for a welcoming space.

The coffee pot was missing, but the laundry room was convenient during my stay.

The check-in process was quick and friendly, thanks to the accommodating front desk staff. Although the room was clean, it felt somewhat characterless, lacking personal touches. Managing the separate smoking and non-smoking areas was tricky. the noise and smell from the hallway impacted the comfort. Also, finding hair under the comforter was disappointing and suggests a need for better housekeeping.
